speez is cool man, i'm trying to ween myself off tongs just because i have a tendency to handle all food like a steak on the grill, and as a result really sensitive stuff get bruised and bent up. I mean i can plate food really well when i want to but i kinda have a linecook mentality to hurry the fuck up and get shit on the pass and that usually means bare-handing or using tongs. i really gotta stop. I really have a problem with people who assemble salads with tongs though for some reason.thats pretty fucked up someone stole your phone man, other day me and a buddy were paintballing and i left my C.R.K.T. m-16 on a prep bench and some fucker walked with it. thats like a $150 knife. yeah, more speez.
"Speez" might be the illest person I have heard on a podcast. I hope to hear from her again.
