I guess what's most interesting about this podcast is that it came together so organically. The whole "confidence in the kitchen" conversation came up just by me asking "how was your week?" This is our longest podcast, clocking in at 80+minutes. It's also our loudest, so be sure to turn your volume down a bit before you hit play.

BTW im the adam who works at the "blazin headin towards a mountain" restaurant. Im gettin the fuck out of there hopefully. staging at this place called the forrest grill (theforrestgrill.com) this thursday, friday, and saturday.

Yummm.... We tried the bacon brittle for my birthday dinner at Nopa. Deliciously decadent!!! bravo. (We're going to have to try that at home.) I'm wondering where I could get a New Mexican sopapilla? We enjoyed the Nopa sopapilla but I have a hankering for the hot fluffy goodness shown below. (Having flashback to the day when I had the prep shift to make the honeybutter.)
